What to Expect

We’ve designed this program to work FOR your life, not against it. So each lesson is designed to be completed at your own pace.

  • You can expect to spend 5–10 minutes reading each module. Each module includes one new action step that will take you an additional 5–20 minutes to complete, so plan to set aside 30 minutes to 1 hour per week to complete each module and action step.
  • You can work at your own pace. We know that each person’s healing timeline is unique, so you can feel free to move through the modules at a pace that works best for you!
  • Each lesson is designed to be focused on for a week. During these lessons you will continue building up your tools and reflecting on your progress each week.
